In this class, Chef Maddie will walk attendees through the basics of buttercream piping and assembling a macaron cake. You will get some time to practice, and then, you'll assemble your very own mini heart macaron cake! Each attendee will get a mini macaron cake of their own to decorate, fill, take home, and enjoy!

Meet Maddie
Maddie McNabb is a Kentucky native who believes dessert is the sixth love language. As owner and head baker of Maddie About Cake, Maddie helps customers access high-quality French macarons right at home in a variety of unique and unexpected flavor combinations.
Maddie is a sucker for nostalgia who loves celebrating all of life’s occasions with dessert.
Maddie and her macarons have been featured in Martha Stewart, Real Simple, and The Courier-Journal. She is an avid food tourist and Swiftie who can always be found with her Kindle.
