Looking for a stress-free way to decorate your next event? Balloon decor is an easy way to make a big impact on your guests!

Our balloon & event decor services include grab & go, balloon installations and backdrop rentals.

Organic garlands are currently the most popular style for balloon decor and our specialty! These use a mix of balloon sizes and colors to create a free-flowing design.

Pricing for garlands is without a base or structure. Whenever possible, we are attaching the garland to a structure onsite and most often do not need to return post-event.

  • Table Toppers

    Grab & Go table toppers are a great alternative to traditional centerpieces.

    Organic balloon garlands, as the name suggests, have a natural and free-flowing appearance. They are characterized by the use of balloons in various sizes, shapes, and colors, creating a whimsical arrangement!

  • Deluxe Organic

    Deluxe balloon garlands are the same as an organic but taken up a notch. These include decorative accents like themed mylar balloons, faux florals or greenery for an added touch of personality!

  • Inquire

    Fill out our short inquiry form with details about your event! If you're project is a good fit & your date is available, we'll reach out about scheduling a consultation.

  • Consultation

    During the consultation call we'll discuss themes, colors, pricing and types of balloon decor options. The goal of this call is to end with a design concept for your decor!

  • Book + build

    After the consultation call we'll get to work creating a mock up of your decor. Once the design is approved, we'll send over an invoice for payment & add your event to our calendar!

frequently asked questions

If doing grab & go, when can I pick up my balloons?

Pickup windows are Tuesdays-Thursdays (11:00 am – 6:00 pm). We recommend picking up your garland within 3-5 days of your event date! You’ll receive confirmation of your pickup day and time in an email after your invoice is paid.

Do I need a large vehicle to pick up my balloons?

Yes! Your safety during transport is important to us, so an SUV or minivan is strictly recommended for pickups. Please arrive to the studio with the seats down, no car seats and no other passengers in the vehicle. Balloons can easily block the vision to the back of the car, so we suggest garlands no larger than 8ft.

How long does the balloon decor last?

Our air-filled products, such as indoor balloon garlands, will last for weeks! If hung outdoors, the lifespan will be shortened due to exposure to the sun & heat.

Additionally, environmental factors including children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions & foliage can jeopardize the lifespan. We don’t replace balloons popped after the arrangements have left the studio.

What locations do you service?

WOW Factor provides balloon-decor services to all of Louisville & Southern Indiana. Our studio is located in the NULU district near downtown Louisville. Deliveries include a flat rate charged within 20 miles of the studio and locations outside the area are charged according to distance.

I live out of the area. Can you still work with me?

Absolutely! We travel as far as a client has the budget for! The minimum order for events out of town is $1,500. Travel fees for mileage, setup fee, accommodations, truck rental, etc., will be applied on a case-by-case basis.

How far in advance should I book your services?

We recommend booking as early as 2 to 4 months in advance prior to your event date. You may be able to book within a shorter period depending on our availability!

If your event is on the large side or during peak graduation/holiday season (May, June, December), definitely reach out sooner to ensure that your event date is still available.
